Refund Policy

Effective September 15, 2026
At Best Touch Soccer, we are committed to providing high-quality soccer training, mentorship, and game analysis. Because our services are scheduled individually and time is reserved specifically for each player, we have the following cancellation and refund policy.
 
Individual, Pair & Group Training Sessions
Clients may cancel or reschedule a training session at least 5 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 5 hours before the scheduled session will generally be considered a late cancellation, and the session fee will be non-refundable.
If a client does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide notice, the session will be considered a no-show and the session fee will not be refunded.
If Coach Mia needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances outside the client's control, the client will have the option to:

• Reschedule the session at no additional cost; or

• Receive a full refund for the affected session.

Session Packages

Sessions included in a training package may be rescheduled as long as the request is made at least 5 hours before the scheduled session.

When proper notice is provided, the session will remain available as part of the package and can be rescheduled for another available date and time.

If a package session is cancelled less than 5 hours before the scheduled start time, or the client does not attend the session, that session may be considered used and will not be replaced.

Package sessions are subject to availability and must be used within any expiration period specified at the time of purchase.

Mentorship Services
Mentorship sessions are subject to the same 5-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 5 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
Game Analysis
Because game analysis may involve preparation and review time before the analysis is delivered, refunds are not available once the analysis has been completed or the service has been delivered.
If you need to cancel a game analysis service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will be determined based on whether preparation or analysis work has already started.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exceptions
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Refunds or rescheduling outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Best Touch Soccer.
